The location is perfect for enjoying beautiful beach walks, all the staff were extremely friendly, and I enjoyed a good breakfast.

Very pleasant, the whole environment was very friendly and welcoming, beautifully renovated building, very comfy terrace and swimming pool area, delicious food, helpful staff, good location. I didn't want to leave.

No hairdryer in the bathroom. The double beds are little small, so prepare to be cosy.- Which is an advantage actually.

The room was just perfect, and the bed was super comfy — like sleeping on a cloud! They also had climate control, so the room was always just right, and a TV for some entertainment. 🛏️

This hotel had a friendly atmosphere, was extremely clean and comfortable. We had dinner there which was very good. I have to say that the fillet steak I had was one of the best ever. I asked for my steak to be 'medium rare' and it was perfect. I would also comment on the cost of the hotel and the dinner both of which were extremely acceptable.

Had fabulous and clean room with nice shower as well as freezer, and protected with smoke detectors. The rate was £ 38.

There were tidy, reasonably spacious rooms with nice shower, freezer, for instance. It was in a lovely location next to ferry from UK, the center / party area and Santander and Bilbao.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great location, very good restaurant. Family atmosphere, great for a visit with children.

We booked 3 rooms: one was lovely and spacious with dormer windows and bright and airy bathroom, the second was also very nice but significantly smaller (despite costing the same) and the third bedroom was quite awful. An obvious last minute add-on, with tacky furniture, very basic bathroom and a constant bad smell, insecticide spray perhaps? What bothered us is that the room cost the same as the others although it is obviously not up 2 their standard. Hotel should make it clear to customers that this room is not the same quality and should slash its price accordingly.

Spacious units with a freezer and a nice shower

Nice setting in an atmospheric area right by the center and beautiful beach, farms, houses, and a ferry from the UK. Just a 5-minute drive from Playa de la Riberuca.

Both my wife and myself thought the hotel was good for food ,service and value for money the sollomillo del gusto was magic, although it was raining we could see it had poteneial to offer nice gardens and a lovely pool, the price per room was very good value.We would hope to stay again. The reasonable prices made for a great stay, and the staff was pleasant and welcoming, with a convenient location near a local bus stop for easy access.
